iconpackager 是一個功能眾多、強大而且非常容易使用的外觀修改程式。它可以讓你在視窗介面下更換你電腦中幾乎所有的小圖示 (icons)，讓你可以挑選你所喜歡的圖示來取代那些 windows 中不易更改或不太好看的使用介面圖示。

iconpackager 是發展用來美化桌面的工具軟體。它跟 windowblinds 同樣都是 object desktop 這個程式的一部分。（object desktop 是個可以取代 explorer.exe 的 shell）

在 windows 中，有許多的圖示想要去更換它並不是很容易的，iconpackager 讓你可以很方便的更換所有在 windows 中的小圖示。與佈景主題 (themes) 不同的是，佈景主題只能更換桌面上及一些資料夾的圖示；而使用 iconpackager，諸如桌面上、開始功能表中、任何一個你能在視窗中看到的資料夾、磁碟機、捷徑、網路芳鄰中電腦及群組、檔案關聯及滑鼠指標…等等，你都可以輕輕鬆鬆的更改它們的面貌，搭配 windowblinds 使用，更能讓你的畫面看起來賞心悅目！

使用的方法就是，選擇你想要更改圖示類型的標籤，然後去選擇要更改的圖示，然後按下 apply 就可以改變 icon 了。如果不喜歡更改後的 icon ，按下 restore icons 的圖示，就可以回覆原來的圖案了。

你也可以按下工具列中地球的小圖示，連到 stardock system 的網站去下載他們所提供的 icon package，也都蠻好看的。
